So I guess you can say I am "launching" this blog tomorrow, so I just wanted to take a minute to get my ideas together and lay out a plan.
This idea was inspired two-fold - 1. Dave and I really like taking pictures of our food. We brag about what we are eating on Facebook all the time. We both like to take leftovers to work and make people jealous. 2. I am working with a counselor for weight loss and I am REALLY trying to get myself on track with journaling what I eat everyday. It's just not happening. But I am really excited about this, especially with pictures.
So a big part of this blog is to post pictures of what I eat EVERY DAY. I am hoping this will help me really "LOOK AT" what I am eating every day - literally LOOKING at it. And then maybe looking at some of the ingredients I am eating as well.
I also want to start some different topics each day. I chose to start tomorrow because Tuesdays are the big farmer's market trip. So each Tuesday I am going to put up some pics of what we get at the farmer's market and maybe what we plan to do with it. On Wednesdays I will put up a new recipe, and on Thursdays I am going to educate myself, and you, about a different "unnatural" food ingredient or other food issue.
