
Breakfast: Bagels, coffee, and juice. Again. I think I am going to make some steel cut oatmeal this weekend because I am just about over the bagel kick.

Lunch: the other half of my burger and fries, with a leftover gatorade from the walk. I also had half a cupcake that I took in to my co-workers.
Snack: I made some dip and had a few chips before dinner.


Snack: Had a beer after dinner with some bizarro conversation with my neighbor's daughter, who is probably 3. She brought me an oatmeal cream pie, and I have to say, this thing tasted delicious. This is the kind of crap I don't buy any more, but it sure brought back some memories.
The good: Lots of broccoli and sweet potatoes on the grill.
The bad: wow. This was not a great day. lol. The oatmeal cream pie - I HAVE to say no to this kind of packaged stuff. Also, the hot dog. When I see a big juicy hot dog on the grill like that, that's when I know I will probably never be a 100% clean eater. I mean, can you really make a clean hot dog? I know there are kosher ones but it is still processed. Overall lots of junk today.
