Dinner: Singapore Mei Fun, which is about the best Chinese food ever, and steamed dumplings.

Lunch: a peppers and cheese tamale, water and rice pudding. (Tamales are pretty much the perfect consistency for my teeth this week.
The Good: I drank lots of water today. Kozy Shack pudding is all natural, which I didn't realize when I bought it. The smoothie is better than my usual Hardee's run when I am hungry after work. We started making coffee at home, so I can make it with stevia and skim milk instead of sugar and half and half like I was making it at Turkey Hill every morning.
The Bad: Chinese was a total lazy, convenience move. Actually even though the tamale was leftover, it wasn't made at home either, and if I want to be conscious of what I am eating, I need to cut back on stuff I didn't make. Also I really need to take the time to make steel cut oats when I make oatmeal. They are soooo much better than the rolled kind, they just take so long!
