
Lunch: Forgot the darn picture again. But I had leftovers from last night - chicken, rice, and green beans.

But honestly - mine are better.

The good - the first half of the day.
The bad - it went downhill from there.
This is my food revolution - to stop eating what is quick and easy, and start making my food work for me instead of against me. I'll post pictures of what I eat everyday, good or bad, along with recipes for the good stuff, pictures from our trips to the farmer's market, and information, as I learn it, about what the chemicals in our food do to us. I don't claim to ever be 100% a clean eater, or to even know what I am talking about. This is just me.
