Breakfast - This pic is horrible because it is dark. Yes, it is still dark when I eat breakfast. Out of juice today, so a bagel, cream cheese, and coffee. I try not to do bagels a lot, but we have been on a kick lately.

Lunch: Ham and cabbage with potatoes and yogurt. I have to confess - I already forgot to take a picture! I had to stage this one at home - we still had more leftovers and yogurt.

Dinner: Steak, zucchini, mushrooms, and a beer. This was divine, by the way. One of the best steaks I have had in awhile! It was worth the splurge at the market.

Dessert - went to Twin Kiss for a pineapple chocolate sundae. I blame my friend Elisabeth for that concoction... On a side note, Elisabeth was a clean eater way before me and I used to think she was crazy. But I also remember when she and I would go to Friendly's and EACH get a Jim Dandy!
I also had some pretzels at work at the end of the day, and I will also confess that I ate some canned frosting that was in the fridge. lol. That took a lot to confess. I hope Dave reads this and throws the rest of it in the trash.
The Good: lunch was pretty good and so was dinner, as far as being homemade and pretty natural. Also, I went to the grocery store after work and I really wanted to get myself a treat, but I knew I would have to post it on here, so I skipped it.
The Bad: I need to find some better sweets at night. We have been making ice cream runs a lot. But I usually get hungry and want something. The steak was giant. And I think I can do better than a bagel and cream cheese in the morning. Maybe only have half of it with something else at least.
Beth, love, love, love your philosophy. It's one I've been trying to live by for quite some time. I will love to see what you eat & maybe will copy some ideas.
